Yeah I think it is a major issue here. Vestacp team should do something about it. How can we know firewall rules are active and chained to ufw on ubuntu? I was getting this issue : The reported error was “Failed to issue NAMESPACE: IMAP server said BYE: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.”.
Renaming 15-mailboxes.conf in 15-mailboxes.conf.bkp did the trick.

I have the same issue. Basically, every time certificates are renewed, conf/web/domain.tld.apache.ssl.conf files are reset to default. Is there a way where we can override the default config for each domain set by let's encrypt on certificate renewal?

Can you check your apache config files in ~/conf/web/domain.tlf.apache.ssl.conf ?
