I was having a similar problem. Since this seems to be the only post coming up when searching this issue, I'm resurrecting it. @kirano formatted the White-Blocks.conf using domains. Softaculous Spam
So the daily spam I'm getting from Softaculous about buying a license is a little much. I was forced to turn off autoupdates in my Vesta panel. I poked around in the Softaculous settings a bit. Is there any other way to prevent their updates or the output without messing with core?

I'm going to respond to this because I ran into the same issue after a recent Dovecot upgrade. If you choose to rebuild the certificate, the file permissions need touched. The following command fixed this issue for me.
