I have had troubles with phpMyAdmin not working before and after upgrading to php 7.2 so instead of banging my head against the wall I just use MyWebSql. Here is a link to it:

Are you some kind of a loon? If I wanted a panel to control my servers I wouldn't be using Vesta..it is a bare minimum panel and I have to do any site work in terminal as it is. I use it because it is light. I suspect you are using php 5.6 and have no idea of how to upgrade without breaking Roundcub...
