Eu resolvi saindo do EXIM e indo pro spamassassin. No conf do spamassasin eu coloco
whitelist_from *@globo.com
whitelist_from *@hotmail.com
no /etc/spamassassin/local.cf e os e-mails recebidos não vão pro SPAM.

Whitelist nor working
I'm having a little trouble with my mail server.
The domain in this server have a high number of spam send to some of it accounts. I cant change the accounts, so I boosted de spamcheck and want to work with the whitelist for the mails that i want to receive.
My spamscore its 10 in Exim.
But no ...
