I have some wordpress installed (5-6 sites), and by moment I don't need it, but I think that this is a good tool and someone will use it.

I think you can try/test with max memory params, OPCache, TLSv1.3, Cloudflare CDN (the free plan has some params to speed your site)... and I can't think no more one.

You can check the backup cron. Sometimes makes a lots of temporal files.
I had similar problem and I stop the vesta Backup. Now, I have another backup method.

It is posible that any of the "jails" has some problem... You can disable all the "jails" and re-enable one to one to see the origin of problem.
