i can't understand, got this Error: httpd restart failed since 21 March,
i checked every thing, i run update , i re cofing httpd .....
...
also error_log is empty !!!!

after i installed vesta every thing worked perfectly,
but 2 item not worked totaly:
1. postgreSQL don't start atomically!
2. i cant recive any mail from out of local server!

i checked similar topics and can't find solution worked on my server!

install vestacp without a quota
