I've gone through it, it basically disables the cookie authentication which is a risk to security, we need a genuine solution.

So, after a hard look into the matter, I have finally fixed the issue myself, the issue was that the VestaCP module installed in WHMCS was not able to communicate with my VestaCP server, for everyone out there having the same issue, before trying anything else and messing things up and avoid cleanup...
