If I pay for one hour of support, does that mean that I get one hour of email support, phone support, or can I just give my admin details to a Vesta staff member and ask them to do what is needed ? Thanks for the feedback 'skamasle' but I got onto my webhost to reset my usernames and passwords.
Now I have FTP on one name and password, and SFTP on another.

I am very new to this situation of VPS / Centos / Vesta.

No doubt I will be posting here again soon.

I created a new user in the Admin of Centos 07 so that I could get access to the configuration files via SFTP.

But now I am unable to gain access to my normal website files via normal FTP.

What hava I done wrong ?
