This is was i am doing after clean Vesta install on latest CentOS 7 x64. But this is should working on any install, doesnt matter new or old. But that's "NOT WORKING". Have a fresh install and you will know by yourself. Even phpmyadmin is showing errors/warning. We are not able to downgrade version...

Switch to DirectAdmin. It will be more easier as I migrated 150+ cPanel accounts to DirectAdmin with least problems.
