I figured out the problem...... Turns out that the /etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php which gets it''s populated from /etc/dbconfig-common/phpmyadmin.conf had some weird password in it. Hi Guys, So, I am slightly confused here. I have setup Vesta CP on a fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04. I also installed Softaculous.
