I just installed VestaCP and so far everything works but email.

I created the email account with no issues.

When I try to login using roundcube, I get this warning:

Connection to storage server failed.

I looked at the logs under /var/log/roundcube and this error line was created:

Debian? Centos? Ubuntu?

Which Linux distro runs smoothly/smoother with VestaCP?

I am using Debian 8 right now, but I am about to install another VPS, and thought I should ask first which distro would fit best for VestaCP.

I just installed Vesta and it is configured with PHP5.6.

PHP 7.1,2,3 are already installed on my vps, however, I can't find a way to make it work with Vesta.

Any tutorial or suggestions you could make?
