¿Pudiste solucionar esto? Luego de una instalación en limpio (desde cero) tampoco puedo loguearme (tengo php7.3 también)

Hello. I new with this and with a fresh install on Centos 7. PHP 7.3 + nginx + apache + all the other options. I try to login but can't...
