I fix issue with following step
1. yum update && yum install yum-utils
2. yum-config-manager --disable remi-php*
3. yum-config-manager --disable remi-php74
4. Install vestacp
think it will help the team fix issues

Can't install VestaCP on Centos 7
Vestacp installation been working fine on cetos7 until two days back. I started getting error below on installation.
