FTP connection not working

Hello
I tried to connect to server using ftp by clicking on Additional FTP button and add the information to FileZilla but there is no connection it is not working and command i should use please answer guys

./letsencrypt-auto: command not found

hello I am trying to install letsencrypt on both my vesta and my Domain name but this issue keep showing: sudo: ./letsencrypt-auto: command not found ERROR: Something went wrong. Check output above. the issue appeared after I enter the code generate_ssl admin islam.hopto.org any solution please :)

I found the answer
chgrp -R admin /home/admin/web/islam.hopto.org/public_html/
chown -R admin:admin /home/admin/web
chmod -R 777 /home/admin/web/islam.hopto.org/public_html/

I already setup vesta on my centos7 and it is working fine for me but I have question what is the alternative of vesta is it CPanel or is it a different thing and how i give people account, like host reseller.

please have a look at the picture when I try to delete a any plugin or upload any theme it required me to enter my username and password do you know how to setup ftp to skip this requirement though it tried my username and password and I tried to make an FTP account from WEB tab. I am using centos 7...
