Vesta install roundcube with its own configs so manuall setup is not needed. This should be setup out the box after install :)

Just setup the IP address as shared as this only seems to be the problem with you have the IP set to dedicated

Just use the default stack that Vesta uses on CentOS otherwise you will brick the VestaCP

Im not with ovh but with Xtrahost. It seems to happen around the hostname change :L
