This is what happens from cmd line - same error

I did not mean I dont use I mean whenever I try to start in vesta cp it just says stopped and regarding the log file if I understand what I'm suppose to do to get permissions this is what I got

ls -l /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log

wont that remove the cron job isn't it there for a reason?

I'm getting this error every day and clamd not running

the permission for
ls -l /var/log/clamav ...

After doing system restart I keep getting an access denied error when I try to log in with any ftp user to my vps
I did this --> service vsftpd start
and got
Starting vsftpd for vsftpd: 500 OOPS: cannot read config file: /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf [FAILED]
any suggestions?

Sorry, but I realized that I reset the password to mysql root user with the command line because I couldn't figure out how what the password was. Then I realized that I didn't update VESTA so I edited the file /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf and it seems to have fixed the issue.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but I did create the db in vesta interface

Sorry I'm a newbie and have no idea where to start. Everyday I get a cron job error from cron job
sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-queue disk
Error: Connection failed
I'm also getting an error from Vesta Control Panel which says
admin → backup failed
Can't connect to mysql server localhost ...
