Да, но в моем случае бекап файлов пользователя (без базы) будет успешным, он зальется на сторону если настроен remote backup и не будет валяться временная папка /backup/tmp%%%%% и занимать место на диске (особенно когда таких папок набирается 50 штук)

this issue is not related to VestaCP and other topics of this forum.
You should first login to your registrar's panel and enable transfer for this domain. E.g. remove DomainTransferProhibited. Then you may obtain Auth-Code and initiate transfer.

Это хорошая идея, но я бы предпочел костыль, который не будет давать бекап скрипту падать в случае если MySQL не запущен. Т.е. бекапить все остальное.
