Guys, i decided to update to php 7 after wordpress warned me of unsafe php version on the server. after the upgrade my website was meessed up big time. this is a dedicated server. i never had this issue with previous installs. the only thing different is that i am using nginx instead of apache.

Hey guys, i have only noticed this now but i have a recent installation on my centos 7 server. The resolve.conf was installed with resolv.conf pointing to a local ip. This makes the server useless as it cannot connect to outside. SO i change it to use google nameservers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. But thin...

thank you guys for all your answers. i managed to finally make it work after a few tries. The solution for me was to add the subdomain as a new domain, change the ip to the new one. the step i was missing was the ns settings. so i just put the ip instead of the ns name as i was using. worked almost ...
