Have you tried this?

instead of:-

in your case try

Sounds like a cache problem. Do you have any cache like apc/varnish etc? Try clearing all of your browser cache, clear your dns cache by doing :- Click Start. Problems with GUI

Will not show options for:-

Firewall Allow IPs

lfd Blocklists
