Not remember why is configured in that way, but in gitgub you can find a discus about this, also there are some fix, you copy part of code of admin template in users template should work I think this if for some security reason, if user can change they template, they may can assing one wit out secu...

Hi.
For vestacp https, you must copy your .key and .crt files to /usr/local/vesta/ssl/ then update the ssl_certificate and ssl_certificate_key from /usr/local/vesta/nginx/conf/nginx.conf to those files.
Then, restart vesta with "sudo service vesta restart"
