DNS are not managed by VestaCP but 3rd party provider like Godaddy.

I've checked that I'm logged in via admin's account (definingchapters.com) and uploaded to the correct site.
and I've also verified that user's account (cross.sg) public_html was empty.

Hi, how is it that supposedly a site that's supposed to be another user's (directory?) was used to another user? Pardon my explanation. I've checked; yes, users are able to access sensitive system files including php.ini, httpd.ini, etc.
Is there a way to jail them to their home directory only?

Otherwise, which ssh access should I enabled (sh, bash, dash, rssh)?

As the topic says, how do I enforce TLS/SSL for all email traffic with a signed certificate?
I do not wish emails to be sent through plaintext.
