so goto /var/log/apache2/domains/<domain>.error.log and look for errors. This will give you an idea what might needs to be tweaked.

Whats the problem in it? I have installed it many a times... its a simple install just like you would install wordpress or any other PHP site. Give it a try and ask if you get stuck somewhere. We can only help you if we know the problem

You need to give good amount of details for us to help.
As ScIT mentioned, you may have a compromised site.
How many domains are you hosting ?
Suspend domains one by one, observe your load after each suspended domain and see if load normalized. You will get the offending domain.

in your domain's nginx config just put www in front of the redirect directive:
return 301 https://www.$server_name$request_uri;
return 301 https://www.$server_name$request_uri;

You can make a rule in Firewall to deny all access to 8083 but allow only, something like this iptables -I INPUT -p tcp ! -s yourIPaddress --dport 8083 -j DROP Be very very cautious, make sure you have console access to your server before playing with firewall, you can lose access to whole server

Pls check that the expiring domain reported is configured inside your vesta and has a proper DNS A record pointing to the server's IP.
