Depends on what you intend to offer in your services, especially to Indian customers (I presume it from your name). People are just too acquainted to cPanel and its file manager, heck many even don't know there can a be linux server without cPanel... lol! If you are going to manage their sites, Vest...

A better approach would be to "symlink" the directories on the bigger drive. I don't use mail on my webservers so can't really comment which folders, but I do such a setup for /home and /backup on many of my servers with multiple mixed storage. Symlink /backup to <biggerdrive>/backup and that's all ...

This can be because one or more of your sites are compromised or hitting high on MySQL queries which eventually crashes it "Out of Memory".
Please give more details, what kind of sites you host (wordpress or other CMS), how many sites, etc.
Also add SWAP, it helps enormously for MySQL
