fail2ban is blocking me from reading my mails

Its blocking me for this rule in my dovecot.log:

TLS: SSL_read() failed: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number, session=<Qq2i9dxD8

Hi,

I tried removing php5 and upgrading to php7 on my vestacp installation..
Install went fine, but then i got server error.

Server log say: connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream


Someone any guide how to do it? (had to replace a backup)
