in my case i just enabled "I'm Under Attack" in CloudFlare and all problems gone...
maybe someone (or group) try to down my website...
but as long this feature working my website good..
and if i disabled it problems returns...

Now this crashed again..
I got on my website http 500 Internal error..
And I saw in Server tab that Httpd took more than 22,000MB..
So may be because of this I can't access to my website at this moment..

why this happened.
How can I fix that?
