SOLVED:
First:
"service mysql stop && service mysql start && dpkg-reconfigure mysql-server-5.5"
Second:
Make sure password matches here: /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf
DONE :)

Maybe I didn't explain the way I should but this is the scenario again: Admin added under settings custom dns1 and dns2 User:John Default Name Servers: ns1.localhost.ltd and ns2.localhost.ltd Added website: ComputerGeek.com (madeup name) With those settings I can access FTP under ftp.ComputerGeek.c...
