I installed an SSL certificate successfully on my site - and it works. Now I need to be able to access PoP3 email through SSL. How do i do this please?

I have two questions:

1) I have added a number of IPs alias on my server through SSH with a script because if I did them manually it could have taken me ages. Is there a way how Vesta can Identify these IPs since they where not added through it?
