Re: Default website for IP
I agree with vazellin that this is a problem that should be addressed by VestaCP. The other panels I have used haven't done this by default. I have pages indexed by Google that shouldn't be indexed which are duplication because subdomains like ftp., etc, are appearing as the default account. This is...

Re: First account website loads when it shouldn't
I would like to bump this because it's still relevant. Happens on an old, up-to-date VestaCP installation on Apache/Nginx, as well as a new on on Nginx only.

First account website loads when it shouldn't
I've noticed on both my VestaCP servers that the first account on the server appears on http requests where it ideally shouldn't, such as: ftp.domain.com mail.domain.com etc This, to me, is weird behaviour. Unfortunately, I'm quite the server admin novice, so is there something that I'm missing to p...

Re: Got 10 VestaCP servers exploited
I managed to sort my problem. However, when I updated VestaCP through the web interface, it jumped to 'bad gateway' and now refuses to connect. Anyone know of this problem?
Edit: Simply restarting the vesta service worked. Vesta-nginx was not running for some reason.

Re: Got 10 VestaCP servers exploited
DigitalOcean just refused to unblock my outgoing traffic, even though I remain unaffected by the security vulnerability. Hello and thank you for contacting DigitalOcean! I'm sorry to hear you've been seeing this issue. We don't have any ETA at the moment as VestaCP hasn't solved the issue fully on t...

Re: Got 10 VestaCP servers exploited
And I understand that this is open source and security vulnerabilities will always come about, but damn... Does not the prop soft have security problems? Of course. However, I hope that you see my point. Just because my server had VestaCP running on it, it was indiscriminately blocked on the networ...

Re: Got 10 VestaCP servers exploited
It appears that DigitalOcean did a blanket outgoing traffic block on servers using VestaCP (at least in my NYC-3 sector), even if they weren't compromised. Thankfully, I wasn't compromised, but my applications were broke by the outgoing traffic block (things like recaptcha, and some others). This ha...

Re: Unable to login into vesta control panel
I can confirm I'm receiving this too - and I'm on the NYC droplet mentioned above. I'll be watching this keenly.

Re: When will PHP 7 be packaged with Vesta?
Oh, I was not aware. Just out of curiosity, when do you think OS will update to include it as their default?

When will PHP 7 be packaged with Vesta?
Right now, I'm just seeing user-made guides for upgrading to PHP7 on a server that uses VestaCP. PHP 7 has major performance increases over its predecessors, so I'm quite eager to see it included in Vesta.
When can we expect this?
