Re: Question to VestaCP legitimate owners. Is original VestaCP secure?

Hestia is not bad, but there MUST be an option which FPMs to install and which not to since there is a huge piece of garbage on the HDD of low-end VPS. E.g. I need PHP 5.6 and 7.latest, all versions in between are useless. Should I remove that packages manually? xD This isnt the hestia forum or its...

Re: Support for Debian 11 just released

Skipped aswell the nginx repo, but mariadb provides stable 10.6 for "sid", so basicly Deb11 RC2. We'll wait until the official release of bullseye until we will provide support for it.

Re: Support for Debian 11 just released

And due to the help of @dpeca, hestia will support Debian 11 also as soon as mariadb and nginx will add the bullseye support to their repos. https://github.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/tr ... 11_support

So I would count that as Nr. 2 of the control panels goes to Hestia ;).

Re: Vesta Security issue: hacked server

I don't think Eris' words were meant to say that Hestia or MyVesta are bulletproof - there can be security holes, bugs or other problems everywhere. It was probably more about the fact that Vesta - in the current version including the many exploits should simply no longer be available. Or if, then a...

Re: Question to VestaCP legitimate owners. Is original VestaCP secure?

Probaly owners will never reply. As you already noticed, there are a lot of critical exploits unfixed in vesta, the only person who is able to release a new version to the repository doesnt react.

I would suggest to switch to hestiacp or myvestacp, using vestacp isnt a good idea anymore.

Re: Problem after upgrade to exim-4.94-1.el7 on CentOS 7

If you believe that he is dead, why is he not forcing other programmers to take the place of those who do not want to continue in VestaCP? He isnt dead, at least according to his facebook activity. I can't answer you the question, I also don't understand it. About trusting debian/ubuntu or not, thi...

Re: Problem after upgrade to exim-4.94-1.el7 on CentOS 7

But I don't see that vestacp has officially said that it will no longer give support and that vestacp has died VestaCP devs doesnt react to anyhting, also not to e-mails from other devs nor they build up new packages to fix the current exploits. In my personal view, this looks "dead" to me - doesnt...

Re: Problem after upgrade to exim-4.94-1.el7 on CentOS 7

Is it possible to create vestaCP backup from CentOS and restore on Ubuntu HestiaCP or myVestaCP? Yes, you should be able to restore vesta backups (doesnt matter if centos/rhel or anything else) in Hestia. Just use the usual v-restore-user cli command, have a look in the docs: https://docs.hestiacp....

Переписываем фронт-енд панели, работаем на суппортом новых версий ОС.
How about releasing a new version to fix the current zero day exploits first?

Как насчет того, чтобы выпустить новую версию, чтобы сначала исправить текущие эксплойты нулевого дня?
