the solution is very helpful thanks enough to change the file /etc/roundcubemail/main.inc.php this before edit $rcmail_config['create_default_folders'] from false this after edit $rcmail_config['create_default_folders'] from true problem has been solved, I can delete mail to trash from roundcubemail
