Tried to install vesta on a brand new Scaleway instance that runs on arm processor and failed.

А в чём собственно проблема?
Ставите node.js, npm, forever и лезете вручную в настройки nginx внутри профайла пользователя.
Для этого нужно логиниться через ssh и немного поэдитить конфиги ручками.
Есть очень много инфы в интернетах на тему конфигурации nginx + node, так что отличи тут нет.
