You can use any external crontab (like https://www.easycron.com/), which starts processes on the URL(like http://www.mydomain.tld/?lottery-cron=check), hope the help.

My server doesn’t have a cron job , so i’ve used this service : https://www.easycron.com to do it.

Hi, i had the same issue with when setting up, you can use an external cronjob service like: https://www.easycron.com to run the cron jobs.
