I have two VPS with 1GB Ram and both of them have Vesta Panel 0.9.8.15 and on both vps I have Wordpress 4.4.1 installed.
Whenever I try to upload files more than 10MB to wordpress media library I got :
HTTP error or
Request Entity Too Large
The requested resource
/wp-admin/media-new.php ...
