From 3 to 3 months something modifies the config file *.nginx.ssl.conf and nginx it's not starting after that. I guess it is a cronjob but I don't how what cronjob.

Can you help me tell me what cronjob do I have to stop? And how can I do it? Thank you very much.

You are right.

The issue was at the "listen" variable.
I had only listen IP:443;
I added ssl after your model ( listen IP:443 ssl; ) and now works https. Thnak you

After update I can't use https. If i try my website on wordpress with https Google Chrome gives me: ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR

If i try it only simple with http is working. What should i do?

After update if I add a new domain it tells me:

404
Page Not Found
The page you were trying to reach does not exist. Or, maybe it has moved. You can start again from home or go back to the previous page.
