Experiencing the same issue, just create a cron job to remove them.
cd /backup rm-r -f tmp*

The editor for Vestacp is not FREE and you have purchase a licence.

came across that one, taught it was a bit to power full for a production system.
Have it installed on my local system, its a really powerful editor.
Could be some thing vestacp could look at as a package
