We have a config error we do not want to reinstall as the server is mint apart from we have to restart apache once a day as the memory runs out if not. Being rude about this panel will not help? ROOT DNS is nothing to do with this panel or cpanel DNS is what you set at your isp your host where you have the Domain name registered Again NOTHING to do with your panel when ns1 and ns2 are set then the panel can control the dns If you want to use a diff...

Sorry don't have much time but got a notice on this forum your still not finding how to do this.

The Mail server tried to lookup the destination host and could not find one, that's your error I think

So is your DNS OK can your server lookup other hosts?

Quota (in megabytes)
Make sure you put a number for how much their quota is
save then rebuild mail for that user

find / -name sever.xml

when you find it

nano path you found sever.xml

change the ports

Why well each linux is differnt mine is centos 6.7 and a centos 7
we had to authbind the ports we changed to too
