Your prblms 1-3 all related to EXIM4. Chk ur /var/log/exim4.

But how to assign for NAT ?

This could be your ubuntu updated to 16.04. By default Ununtu16.04 BIN path directory have to do some changes.

Mostly you enabled the CLOUD ICON fir mx records. It should be greyed off.

Try1- Copy that email directory and paste into new email directory.
Try2- inside the user’s emails directory, you should see the email ids as folder names. Change it.
Try3- use outlook to sync all old id’s emails. Then restore that outlook profile data as new ID
