Hi, Exim put all the mails in queue. It worked fine before for over a year.. I checked the dns, hostname and blacklists, but no issues found. I had the same issue.
Installed vestacp on a new centos 7 machine, and missing:

action.d/vesta.conf
filter.d/vesta.conf
jail.local

Also, Memory Usage graph is not working in the admin.
