... cannot access to VestaCP.

I'm install Vesta on a Centos 6.7, everything it's going fine, after installation I had message:
"Congratulations, you have just successfully installed Vesta Control Panel" with credential and user/pass.

But if I'll go with browser on the address to web panel ...
