my goal is to have vestaCP + php-fpm5.6 / 7.0 / 7.1 / 7.2, possibly with Nginx. O.S. is optional.

I'm disapointend.. :( Cloudlinux is the "standard" for all hosting providers, last week i was in Germany at World Hosting Days to met Cloudlinux company and yes, those numbers are real. also, if you are asking Digitalocean to create an image with VestaCP = investing in small hosting providers, why not using cloudlinux?
