Is tis bug already fixed?

When I tried to edit my server config. I saw that the MySql support is = no event thought I have mysql installed.
And When I try to create a web and add ftp on it. I checked the checkbox but nothings happened. It is not the usual vestacp I used.

It was "socket too many open files 24"

So yeah, I rebuild my os to CentOS 6 and install vestacp. I visited phpMyAdmin and got 500 Internal Server Error.
Anyone?
