what is the output of /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-list-sys-services command?
This is the command that must work.

If you are using Nginx with Centos, this can help you:

setfacl -R -m u:nginx:rwx /home/admin/web/web_Name/public_html
or
setfacl -R -m u:nginx:rwx /home/admin/web/

After this fix the service is shown as active, but you can't restart it anyway.

In my case, I can stop, start and restart the service fine. I only have nginx.

What command are you using to restart? Are you using the VestaCP Panel?

I have Centos 7.7 and today I updatrd from php 7.3 to php 7.4.

Vesta works fine and my webs (with wordpress) works fine (and quickest).

Roundcube and phpmyadmin should need to update to work.

After yum update, the fail2ban was updated and it appears like stoped in the web admin (server section). The probem is that /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-list-sys-services can't detect fail2ban procces fine, because the old proccess was named "fail2ban-service", and after the update the new name of procces...

Do you have delete default index.html?. You have to delete Index.html yo work index.php from WP.

I have the same problem.
