Re: can't get ssl working with vesta
Not sure why the symlink method is not working but I sorted this by going through the vestacp and copying and pasting the data directly.

can't get ssl working with vesta
I have done this dozens of times before without problems, but I can't seem to get it working now: This is my /home/admin/conf/web/ https://image.ibb.co/ejkh1w/ssl1.png This is my /usr/local/vesta/ssl/ https://image.ibb.co/kWdfob/ssl2.png These were generated doing the usual rm -f /usr/local/vesta/ss...

Re: It is possible this is Security issue?
lol nothing like some disinformation - but since thats what you want to claim I will explain each: I never called any of the 4 links you shared a security bug. The first link, I asked a question, then came back and answered it myself in case others had similar issues. The second link, I had reached ...

It is possible this is Security issue?
Is it possible there is a security problem with vestacp? My server was exploited. I did a complete re-fdisk and reinstall. I don't know how to stop this server from being hacked. I was going through securing it as it was hacked. Can't login under any accounts. I know ubuntu should not be this insecu...

Can't believe I didn't think to run it manually before posting. That seems to have worked.

Failed: sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all
I began receiving this email every single day starting 12/30
Error: vesta update failed
Error: vesta-nginx update failed
Error: vesta-php update failed
Error: vesta-ioncube update failed
Error: vesta-softaculous update failed
Not really sure what error logs to look at to try to solve this.

subdomain to subfolder?
I am trying to create a subdomain to a folder inside an existing domain. Is there a way to do this with the panel or do I have to just manually do it? Example: subdomain.mydomain.com => www.mydomain.com/subdomain/ Keep in mind that www.mydomain.com is an existing website so we are not simply creatin...

Multiple IP's wrong sites showing?
I have 5 different IP's. We have 7 different websites under 7 different user accounts. One the first IP, we have 6 domains. on the second IP we have 1 domain. The other 3 IPs are not currently used. I am trying to take site1 from the first IP and set it to ip3 currently unused. When I do this, for s...

Re: Fake user adm and domain logs?
That would be correct.... except you'll note from my screenshot the user is adm not the group - which is www-data
And still doesn't solve the "user can't access log files".
