Try to restore the ip to default then If that works then that's the one causing the problem. Me i just use the ff setup to secure my ssh. Disallow root password login then i created a new user with sudo privilege and lastly i added allowusers ex. root mysecondaryuser then change the port ip. I think...

Hello, i suggest you first try testing your email here mail-tester.com and then check what error you need to fix/improve.
Also by default hotmail always mark email to spam, you need to build your reputation first.

Try to change the path where it create sock and etc.
/etc/clamd.conf instead of var/run change path to var/log/clamav works fine to me.
