Email notification overnight: "admin --> Backup failed"

Can't dump database <database_name> mysqldump: Error: 'Got error 28 from storage engine' when trying to dump tablespaces mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'show fields from `wp_bannerize`': Got error 28 from s...

Re: Multiple services restart on their own hours apart. Why?
Just removed named/bind, am hoping it works. But I have my doubts. I'll try to update here when I find out.

Re: /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all Cron errors
I can confirm that I did not receive this after disabling the autoupdate functionality. So it is definitely related to that feature and I guess is buggy. I will most likely post this in the github of Vesta soon for the devs to review.

Re: /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all Cron errors
So I searched the code on GitHub and it seems related to the autoupdate functionality. I've since disabled it to see if it helps. I'll know tomorrow.
I'd love to still understand why it is happening when it's a default install.... I.e.: where are the files and why weren't they installed?

Re: When can we expect release 0.9.8-10
Hoping the commercial version is available at a reasonable price point for small businesses. Also, would it still be possible that people who want to include a firewall in the latest release be able to contribute the code to the project on Github for inclusion, or will that undermine the commercial ...

/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all Cron errors
As reported by an email I received from Vesta, it appears a few files are missing and I do not understand why that is. Any ideas? The subject of the email I receive is "sudo /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all" /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all: line 13: /func/main.sh: No such file...

Re: Multiple services restart on their own hours apart. Why?
according to my experience with vesta.. I dont rely stats and services info from the control panel because its not accurate and still buggy.. I'm not sure I agree with this. Because I was able to find the following in the Apache error log which shows that it was being shutdown from something. Unfor...

Re: admin_ prefix
Me too! I'd love to see that requirement removed if possible. Perhaps it is worth it, but maybe at least add the ability to change the prefix.Ghillie-up wrote:...it just bugs me.
