Re: bugs.vestacp.com certificate expired + mail problem
I think he's alerting the Vesta Sysadmins that the SSL cert has expired on their site! Might just need a restart to reload the new certificate.

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Another observation. Ubuntu 18.04 prefers you to use
systemctl start|stop|restart xyz.service
Rather than
service xyz start|stop|restart
Both ways used to work on 16.04 I think.

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Just a quick observation. This error: 2018-09-12 08:23:40 [WARNING] mysql_install_db is deprecated. Please consider switching to mysqld --initialize Doesn't really make sense to me, as in the Ubuntu install script, these lines are present: cp -f $vestacp/mysql/$mycnf /etc/mysql/my.cnf if [ "$release...

Apache Error Log Logs Server IP not Remote IP
I just added a bug report for this, but thought I'd post it in the forum too, so people can find it. Web Server: Apache, Apache + nginx Apache Error Log Logs Server IP not Remote IP, although the Access log is OK. This can be corrected for Apache 2.4+ by adding a line into the Virtual Host apache co...

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
As far as I can tell 4,5,6 are false alarms. Although they complain that the service isn't started, when you check post install they are running normally. Roundcube error 2, I also experienced and have mentioned how I fixed it. However still can't log into Roundcube. Might be part of your dovecot er...

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
I just tried another installation on a fresh Ubuntu 18.04 server on Digital Ocean. There were a few errors thrown during the install, but most of them were working at the end of the install, in particular the errors for vesta, mysql, and phpmyadmin. systemctl status vesta, and systemctl status mysql...

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Seems to be slated for version 23. You could go and upvote it if you're keen to see it appear. https://bugs.vestacp.com/versions/8 https://bugs.vestacp.com/issues/641 [However, I did a test install of .22 on an Ubuntu 18.04 VM and it seemed to work, or at least didn't throw any major errors. However...

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Not sure if this is indicative, but I just downloaded the install script to check something http://vestacp.com/pub/vst-install.sh ... and it contains these lines # Currently Supported Operating Systems: # # RHEL 5, 6, 7 # CentOS 5, 6, 7 # Debian 7, 8 # Ubuntu 12.04 - 18.04 ... and in vst-install-ubu...

Re: Vesta Cp not Run After upgrade Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04
Just a guess ... you've upgraded from Ubuntu 16 to 18. The original version of curl was compiled against libcurl3, which is in 16, but not in 18. What happens if you apt remove curl and then apt install curl . Does it then start to use libcurl4? So here's what I have on a current Ubuntu 16.04 LTS se...

Re: Why Cron works, but nothing happens when launch bash script?
Quite often problems with cron are down to not finding the correct paths for executables. Try to specify the full path to find and gzip for a start. ~$ which gzip /bin/gzip ~$ which find /usr/bin/find So ... cd /home/admin/web/site.com/public_html/ /usr/bin/find /home/admin/web/site.com/public_html/...
