Re: Workaround for RoundCube Quota Display
Thanks for the workaround!
One thing to note... On my VESTA installation on Ubuntu 14.04 the file /etc/dovecot/conf.d/90-quota.conf didn't exist so I had to create it.

exim: Delivery of messages to users over their quotas
EDIT : At the time of writing this it seemed like a bug but after 24h I got the first warning saying that the message sent was on queue. So it's not a bug. For full story ready on... Bug description When a user gets close to their mail quotas [as defined in web interface], the messages that are sen...

E-Mail Rate Limiting
VESTACP 0.9.8 (amd64) Ubuntu 14.04LTS I need to place a limit on the number of emails per day each user can send. The limit can be global for all users (or per user) and it should be a hard limit, i.e. denying sending of the email with an error message. Other suggestions are welcome. I found a simil...

Re: Centos 7 Fail2Ban NOT working
I confirm that fail2ban does NOT work on VESTA installation under CentOS 7. The installation of VESTA was started with the command bash vst-install.sh --nginx yes --apache yes --phpfpm no --vsftpd yes --proftpd no --exim yes --dovecot yes --spamassassin yes --clamav no --named yes --iptables yes --f...

[SOLVED] v-backup-user produces errors
EDIT : mysqldump had problems dumping a DB table and as a result the whole backup failed. I have some VESTA installations on Ubuntu 14.04. Running the v-backup-user command produces the following errors at the end: -- SYSTEM -- 2016-03-30 01:00:15 admin.conf 2016-03-30 01:00:15 stats.log 2016-03-30...

Re: Official Letsencrypt support
I've seen there is already some code written for Letsencrypt. Linking it here as it might help the official release: https://forum.vestacp.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=9158&start=10#p36821 https://forum.vestacp.com/viewtopic.php?t=10028 As far as I know, Letsencrypt has been added to other panels as wel...

VESTA CP 0.9.8R15 on Ubuntu 14.04 User OwnerA had DomainA , DomainB and DomainC I created OwnerB and OwnerC and then used the commands: v-change-domain-owner DomainB OwnerB v-change-domain-owner DomainC OwnerC The process completed successfully but I notice that there are the following leftovers in ...

Re: Mass change of NS records
A script is indeed a great idea but I'm no bash guru :-( If anyone reading this could drop some help would be nice... This could be the logic of the script but I can't code it: v-script [user] [user] argument should be used to check for files in directory /home/[user]/conf/dns/ for every file that i...

Mass change of NS records
Vesta CP0.9.8R15 on Ubuntu 14.04 I have created USER1 and set DNS1 and DNS2 as the user's DNS servers. Every domain created by USER1 has DNS1 and DNS2 as NS records. At some point there was a need to change DNS2 to DNS3, so I went to edit the user in VESTA and replaced DNS2 with DNS3. But that didn'...
