Backup not working

Dear forum,

I have noticed that my VestaCP runs the cron jobs for backups normally, the backups are listed for all users, but there are no backups on the system!

Can you please help me with that?

Can you share your backup log file? I don't have any idea to solve but it may help to explain.

I really need some help here.. It is very hard to solve this problem without errors in log files..

Im running a Centos 6.3 VPS 512ram production server with Vista CP installed and I have never encountered a backup problem or any problems at all..

try rebooting your server

Rebooted several times, tried different things but doesn't fix the issue. I am using Ubuntu 14.04.

Im not really a fan of ubuntu when it comes to server OS .. I only use ubuntu for desktop..

but since Ubuntu 14.04 is just recently supported, maybe vesta still has a bug with it?

support Vesta CP by subscribing into their paid support package... and you'll get your fix right away... or just switch to CentOS 6.x
