Open WebMail & PHPMyadmin not working

I installed VestaCP and everything is working except when I click on the WEBMAIL or PHPMYADMIN links in the control panel. When I click the links, the web browser just sits their waiting for a response never gets one and then displays an error that there was a bad gateway.

I have the feeling it is a setting in a control panel somewhere but didn't find anything when I looked in the config files. Can you please let me know how I fix the WEBMAIL and PHPMYADMIN links. I have re-installed twice and it does the same thing on every install.

Thanks for the response. I will try that now. Is there anyway just to shut off the firewall since I have hardware firewalls in place?

Ok, it worked! Thanks so much for the suggestion. I suspended and suspended the rules and I am able to get a web page response. PHPMYAdmin works great but now I get a Roundcube DB error:

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

I am assuming I just need to edit a file and put in the proper info? Can you point me in the right direction to fix this error? Thanks so much for the help!

If I can get VestaCP working, I am going to buy a support package once its running and I know it will work for me.
