backup does not take html files
  • Quote

Post by coolman » Thu Nov 27, 2014 3:28 pm

I just installed VestaCP to Ubuntu 14.04 32 bit VPS.

I noticed that backup files does not contain any file under public_html directories. Is there any way to include public_html files to backup process?

Thanks

The same for me. I'm migrating from CentOS to Ubuntu. Think that you have bug in this case.

Wait... what?

"any file under public_html" or "any html files"
Do you have enough disk space?

Yes. I had enough disk space. But I already moved to another panel software.

Thanks for your answer, sad to hear about you changing plan for hosting panel.

I had a time restriction to choose a panel software. I loved vestacp, but I cannot tolerate not to have backup files under public_html and I did not get a response for a while. So I had to choose another one. Sorry. Next time I change VPS, I'll give another chance to vestacp.

Don't have those problem on CentOS/Debina. And a little surprised.
Good to hear :)
